Walpole 2018 Brands of Tomorrow

Walpole recently announced the 2018 brands within its Brands of Tomorrow (BoT) mentorship programme, in partnership with Mishcon de Reya. Jonathan Heilbron, Chairman of the BoT programme, called this year’s select few “a bold and confident lot, a little eccentric and definitely determined”.

A unique alliance of 200 of Britain’s finest luxury brands, Walpole promotes, protects and develops the qualities of UK luxury. Funded entirely through a combination of annual member fees and corporate sponsorship, the not-for-profit is aimed at championing the traditional, heritage-rich, superior craftsmanship, innovation, design, style, and impeccable service at the heart of the industry. Through the BoT initiative, which is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of luxury brands, craftsmen and leaders, Walpole connects Britain’s best up-and-coming talent with a network of senior industry mentors, along with legal mentors from Mishcon.

Here’s a brief overview of the 2018 BoT brands, many of whom will feature in upcoming blogs:
