Time to get (Pebble) festive! Saturday 30 November
Ever wished your High Street was more ethical, so you could do your Christmas shopping with a clear conscience? That’s what Pebblesfestive is offering: a huge ethical market in central London designed to help you give sustainably!
On Saturday 30 November in London’s Flatiron Square, Pebblefestive (the Christmas version of Pebblefest) will host 45 plastic-free, zero-waste traders (full line up here), along with inspiring talks on subjects like community activism, positive advertising and the power of the imagination. There will also be drop-in making and mending workshops, vegan and organic beer-tasting with Freedom Brewery and plant-based hot chocolate offerings.
Buying gifts at Pebblesfestive ensures you are supporting local brands. It’s brought to us by the same people who created Pebble, the stylish guide to sustainable living. Whether it’s sustainable design, ethical fashion, slow food or eco-travel, Pebble covers everything from how the founders and their supporters want to live, both now and in the future; dreams and desires for a more conscious world. Try the hashtag #pebblesmakeripples to see the impact that they’re having.
Founder and editor Georgina Wilson-Powell gives regular talks on sustainable living, zero waste and other eco issues.
